The fries were thrown in a bag without any container to keep them tidy, the chicken sandwich had an excessive amount of mayo and no pickles, and it was served with a napkin but no straw. The food had great flavor but the customer service was terrible.

The popcorn shrimp is completely overcooked and burnt! Not a single shrimp is properly cooked and is very tough to chew! This is my first complaint about any restaurant! This is completely unacceptable!

The chicken was fresh and crispy. The mashed potatoes were good. French fries were hot crispy goodness. We used the coupon on the app so we saved money! All good!
