I've been waiting here for over half an hour. The woman at the speaker told me to pull up to the red pole so I wouldn’t hold up their drive-thru. However, I'm still here with a mobile order that should have been ready before I arrived, not when I reached the speaker. Eventually, she asked me to drive up, only to inform me that they needed to cook the spicy chicken. Now I'm left waiting again, along with the five other cars behind me that she instructed to park to avoid wasting their time. The only item on your menu is chicken. Come on! I’ve been here for over thirty minutes. The woman on the loudspeaker told us to move to the red pole so that we wouldn’t impede their operations. I’m still waiting, and I had a mobile order that should have been ready before I arrived, not when I told them I was here. Finally, she tells me that I need to go up just to find out that they need to cook my order quickly. Now I’m waiting again, along with five other people behind me who parked just to save time. The only item on their menu is chicken. Seriously? Now I’ve been completely dismissed because the app says it’s not available at this location. Why didn’t she just tell me they didn’t have it when I arrived? And please don’t make me wait...
This was by far the worst fast food experience I've ever had. First, while I was in the drive-thru, the woman at the window told me to stop and not pull up, which I assume was to slow down orders so that no one else could order right away. But that wasn't even the worst part. After being honked at, I finally got my food and took it to my hotel. Two hours later, I came down with a severe case of food poisoning. I've been sick for two straight days. I won't go into more detail, but I strongly advise you not to eat here, especially if they are busy. You really don’t want to have the experience I just had!
Came here around 810 pm on a Wednesday night. They were out of Coleslaw, mac and cheese, unsweetened tea, apple pies and who knows what else. The posted hours said opened until 9:30 so I would not have expected this. Additionally the drive thru worker was not friendly. She seemed to be hating life. My bun for my chicken sandwich seemed half stale. Was definitely not what I am used to getting. It also took a while to get my sandwich so I expected it to be so hot it would burn my mouth but it wasn't. At least the chicken was tasty on it. Very disappointed by this restaurant. 6pm on a Wednesday. They keep dine in closed for their convenience. Imma trucker so I have to walk here from truck lot over. Every time I have to persuade them just to get my order taken. Unprofessional. Only drive thru Only drive thru as they tellme. I Only came for pies this time an claim they are out. That was my last time trying at this location
service was not good. eating was decent, but the workers did not seem to care for their job or what they did there. I ordered a 3 PC chicken and had to drag to the side for 30 minutes before I had to go and tell them. it will never eat again at the popeyes. Réservez une table maintenant
