Negative 5 stars Ordered on the app. Arrived a few minutes early. 5:30pm. On 10.6.22 Was asked to pull over to the side had 2 minutes for the chicken. I order a 5 pc chicken only. Watched 6 cars go thru the drive thru and leave plus 2 door dash driverswhile I sat and waited. 20 minutes I sat and waited and still no chicken . Won't be coming back and will express howdissatisfied I am am all over Facebook and every platform I can use. I guess if I order door dash I would get my foodquicker.and the girl working acted like it was my fault she forgot my food
The last 2 times we have gone were terrible. It was in the 5 o'clock hour and they were out of all sides except mashed potatoes. The chicken was burned this last time. The workers were using undesirable language which was heard in the drive-thru window. Theoutside drive-thru is filthy. This business has really gone downhill. The owner and manager need to work together and clean itup all the way around. They have lost our business.
On a Sunday Night they only had bone In chicken and chicken tenders. They also had Cajun Rice. That was it. The other 30 things on the menu were not available including all the different side?s. I hurt myself twice in the parking lot. Pulling up to thewindow and then pulling out of the parking lot. A VERY poorly run restaurant.
This makes multiple times since the beginning of the year that I have been through this drive thru and it?s closed when the hours of operation say it?s open. Probably not enough help. I would call before going here to ensure they?re actually open. The food is good, but if you can?t buy it, I would say it?s gotta be a one star.
