Just ordered Door Dash. The food was disgusting and cold. The chicken didn't have any flavor and was old chicken, it had to be sitting around a couple of hours. The shrimp were little pieces, it wasn't even shrimp...just batter. The chicken was dry and the red beans and rice was old also. This place is going down. The last 2 times I've been there the food was disgusting. I won't be ordering from here again . I just wasted all that money to have it delivered and it sucked. They need to shut that place down and get new management because the management there now doesn't care.
This place should be out of operation. I never write a bad review after 1 experience because I know that every restaurant can have a bad day. But after repeated stops here I have to say this is the WORSE Popeyes EVER! The chicken looks like it had been baked and the offers are undercooked with a strange texture. Stay away.... clear management has no concern for quality control. Close this place immediately.
My favorite piece, when chickens are spicy wings, they never have them when I go. I asked the guy on the window if they only have them at certain times and he said no, he guess I'm just bad luck. My order today was terrible, the pommes were cold and my children didn't like the chicken, I tasted it and it was dry and tasted again. Service and food are terrible.
