If you want a piece of fried chicken with don 't give a f about the customers attitude. This is the place.I was initially told to wait for my order by the store manager. After waiting in my car for 1 hour, I asked for my order again . He said It is not ready yet. Be patient and just wait. When I pointed out to him all other customers ordered after me had been served. He responses You can cancel the order. If you make a fuss, I call police . The kicker is there is no way to cancel it if you used their app.Popeyes Terms and Policy says:Once your order has been confirmed, payment has been taken and you have your order confirmation number it will not be possible to amend or cancel your order.
The manager forgot his name but when I asked for more ketchup for an order he gave me a couple I asked him for more and he said no got to think of the other customers. That's cool like I did get a whole family meal and 4 ketchup packets and a couple of hotsauce wasn't going to cut it. I have no problem going to the store to buy it but the way he came off was very rude and if youdont have enough sauce for when customers ask more then your inventory skills really sub par and should you really be a manager?
The customer service at this restaurant was the worst I've ever experienced. We walked in and asked if they were closed, and the manager looked at us as if we were a bother and simply said they close at 10. Then, without any further acknowledgment, he just walked away and ignored us. No matter how good the food may be, the attitude was unacceptable. We ultimately left without ordering because no one bothered to tell us to wait politely. I would advise everyone to avoid this place entirely.
This place is always friendly, and the staff is always attentive. The chicken is also fresh. Their rice and beans is a little dry, but besides that the food is delicious. It is a clean restaurant, and usually pretty busy so if you don't mind a littlewait you're in for some good chicken.
