This Popeyes location has consistently disappointing service. No matter how many times I clarify my order, they always seem to get it wrong. Additionally, there's a noticeable language barrier if you don't speak Spanish; it feels like they struggle to understand you. I understand that everyone has off days, but every single time I've ordered here has felt frustratingly complicated. I’m even willing to drive 20 minutes to another location to avoid the hassle. Overall, my experiences have been quite frustrating.
This Popeyes has really improved, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Whenever I've placed an order, they've been patient and explained the various combo options. My mother usually finds ordering out overwhelming, but the team here was so accommodating and understanding with her. She's now actually excited to come back soon!
The food is always fresh, order is always accurate, wait time is minimal. I’ve come here quite a few times and never had any issues. I’ve always placed my orders through the app and my food was ready fast, and nothing was ever missing. I highly recommend this location.
Cold food, long wait even though I ordered on mobile app. First Popeyes I ever been to that I did not enjoy the chicken. Neighborhood is really sketchy! Someone in the parking lot going to each car asking for money.
