I had a frustrating experience with the service during my visit. I stopped by to check out the new Popeyes, but it didn't go well. Although it appeared that the restaurant was fully staffed, most of the employees seemed inexperienced, and I didn't notice a manager present. With around ten staff members around, my order still took a considerable amount of time to be fulfilled. I believe they should allow customers waiting for their orders to step away from the counter, especially for those who are awaiting fresh chicken nuggets. I hope everyone has a great day.
Staff can be more customer friendly but people in these days don 't care about customer service nomore. Food is always good , dessert as well and the lemonade ???? I love it! They aren 't stingy with their Condiments ranch and bbq A big plus compare toother fast-food places McDonald 's lol. And another thing they need to bring back the famous beignets!!!! Apple pies aredelicious as well way better than you know who! lol . Overall good place.
I ordered two family meals via the drive-thru and was told to park in the front. I waited nearly 15 minutes for my food. When I got home, I found that my order was wrong: I was missing all 10 biscuits, received fries instead of mashed potatoes, and didn't get the spoons I had requested. I attempted to call about six times but couldn't get through. Ultimately, I had to drive back to the restaurant to resolve the issue with my order.
Each time I place an online order, I've noticed that I am charged for extra items and condiments that are never actually included in my order. It shouldn't be necessary for me to double-check everything; this should be managed at the point of sale. It's quite frustrating because you essentially have one job to do!

Terrible service, I've gone three times and everytime it was messed up, and once had to wait 20 mins for a simple spicy chicken sandwich combo which should of taken nothing but a few minutes. They have zero experienced staff most the time and they're terrible with customer service.

The worst Popeye I had my food was cold and my Mac cheese was over cook my sister food was not cooked well but I can say nice and clean.
Always get spoiled red beans The Chicken is never fresh unless I tell them I’ll wait. That’s ridiculous! It never fails to dissuade
