I'm very disappointed with my experience at Popeyes and likely won't return. Despite having only three cars in the drive-thru, it took over 30 minutes to receive my order. When I finally did, the employees were quite rude. As a first-time customer, I had questions, but they seemed unwilling to help. I asked for extra butter and honey, and it was carelessly tossed into my car along with the food. The drinks tasted watered down and unappetizing. My food was a mess in the bag, with fries at the bottom and their wrapper on top for no apparent reason. To top it off, they forgot a biscuit, so I had to go inside to retrieve it after already leaving the drive-thru. The food was cold and unappealing....
Good food but that drive thru is from 1952. Won't talk to you until they're nearly done with the order in front. Must be trying to keep their metrics up while being short staffed? Whatever the reason, it was surreal. Thought they were closed for a minuteor just forgot about the drive through. Tough times some places. Other than slow drive thru, no complaints. Good luck team.
The fried chicken was decent, and I enjoyed the mashed potatoes. Previously, when ordering through the drive-thru, we often found a missing piece of chicken nuggets, which kept us away for years. This time, we purchased in-store, and although a few nuggets were quite small, the staff kindly gave us an extra piece.
We left the line after waiting for fifteen minutes without being able to place our order. The person ahead of us hadn’t been able to order either. They really need to improve their service. The last time I visited, they blamed it on computer issues—and a week later, it still hasn’t been resolved.

They said they close at 11 PM, but they were already closed 30 minutes before that. The "OPEN" neon sign was still lit, which was confusing. I found it quite disappointing and wish they would display the correct hours. It felt like a waste of my gas.
The fries at Popeyes are consistently perfectly crispy. There was one time we had to wait for them, but when they arrived, they were fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious right out of the fryer. The menu at Popeyes never disappoints!
The customer service at this location is outstanding, and it's an ideal spot for a quick and satisfying meal.
