I Love Popeyes. I have been a customer at several establishments up and down the east coast. I absolutely adore the red beans and rice and the spicy chicken. This Review is NOT about the company but this particular location.I have been back in Raleigh for a few months now and in this time I have visited this location two (2) times and each time in the drive through, if i was not paying attention, would have been shortchanged of about $10, each time.My suggestion of you decied to purchase from this shop, use exact change.
I ordered the 4-piece Family Fest, which includes 4 sandwiches, fries, and 4 biscuits. However, I only received 1 sandwich, some cookies, fries, and 1 biscuit. I paid $30 only to get 1 sandwich. I either need a refund or they should send the correct food I ordered.
Ordered online ,went to the store I asked when is ready, Manager said he doesn't know. They said if I don't like to wait go somewhere else. After 40 min I asked where is my order they said is already gone someone taked, I was there the whole time.
came about 11:20 pm they close at 12 midnight and the girl said we can’t drop anymore food in the fryer so she gave me all cold food that you can’t even eat if you don’t want to work just don’t work and feed people the right food that they pay for

Frequently are out of items (no matter what time of day you come). One particular employee didn’t communicate at all during the transaction because she had snuff in her mouth which is disgusting. They also don’t take Popeye’s gift cards.
Love restaurants however my order was wrong ordered a 4 piece only got 2. Did not get desserts and my drink that I paid extra for was wrong
They often forget the sauce, and I wish they would pay more attention to orders. Sauce can really make or break a meal.
The limited-time 12-piece wings combo was fresh and still quite warm, despite how long it took for delivery!
