I had a terrible experience at Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen due to the extremely rude staff. I visited yesterday and pointed out that I received a small drink instead of the medium I paid for, and I had my receipt as proof. The employees were dismissive, rolled their eyes, and even yelled at both me and my boyfriend. When I tried to explain the situation to the cashier, he also refused to help and insisted that we should just take the small drink. They wouldn’t provide the medium drink without charging us more, despite the fact that we had already paid the bill. I noticed them being disrespectful to several other customers as well. Make sure to use the app for better deals! I ordered the chicken sandwich meal, but they forgot the side. Fortunately, I was seated nearby and was able to go back without any hassle. They were incredibly busy, and I understand that mistakes can happen, but they rectified the issue quickly. However, the chicken in the sandwich was smaller than usual and didn't feel very filling. Overall, ordering through the app will save you some money.
The staff at this restaurant are the rudest I've ever encountered! They seem completely uninterested in their jobs and speak to customers in a condescending manner. If this is the level of service they provide, it would be better to hire individuals who are genuinely friendly and committed to enhancing customer service. Even the female cashier at the front exhibited a terrible attitude. Quite disappointing!
Use the app because you get better offers. I ordered the chicken sandwich meal and they forgot the side. Luckily I was seated nearby and went back without any hastle. They were crazy busy and I understand mistakes happen and they made it right. Thechicken in the sandwich was small and not filling like normally. Ordering off the app Will save you money.

The fries at this location were quite disappointing. Unlike other Popeyes, they were dark, soggy, and had an off-putting, greasy chicken taste. I couldn't bring myself to eat them and ended up discarding the whole $15.50 order. I suggest that the oil be changed more often, particularly given the high volume of customers on weekends.
I had a coupon for 5 pc for 9.99 w/fries &coleslaw, and also ordered lg mashed &lg red beans and rice which made it 24.49. When I got home there were no fries and a small mashed and small red beans and rice And of course no receipt.
This worker drop the chicken on the ground and he picked it up and serve it to me, when I tell him to change this chicken, he gave me an very bad attitude. This is the worst service of the Popeyes in the entire America.
I ordered chicken tenders here, and they were okay, but the coleslaw was the worst I've ever had. It had an unpleasant smell, the taste was off, and it was sticky like natto. Additionally, the staff was very rude.
