If zero or negative stars were on option, I 'd be giving a -5 star review. Bella, the girl working your drive thru today for lunch was extremely rude, unprofessional and unknowledgeable. She doesn 't know what products you sell at Popeye 's and she also doesn 't know how to speak to customers in a friendly and courteous manner. She also throws her headset when she is frustrated and can 't do her job to the full functionality one would expect in the food service business. Your manager there today isn 't much better than Bella is at anything either. Tell me how you expect to make any customer happy when you can 't keep proper inventory of chicken, we only have five pieces left in the whole bui...
It?s very hard to order at this location. They never have any chicken and you can always expect to wait 15+ minutes for food. I literally watched them close the inside without letting people know and when people come to the door, they have their children in the establishment waving people off letting them know the inside isn?t open. Very unprofessional in my opinion. I literally watched every car in drive thru have to pull to a parking spot to wait on chicken. This is ridiculous! All y?all sell is chicken so you should be almost dropping it nonstop and as a business you know your rush times. Seek help.
I thought people were being a bit dramatic in these reviews, but it?s no joke, y?all. Placed an online order at 5:30 for 8 tenders and some sides. When I got here at 5:40, I was asked to pull forward to wait on the tenders and was told at 6:05 that it?ll be another 10-14 minutes because there was regular chicken in the fryer before. One operational fryer during the dinner rush? Absolutely wild. We were looking for a quick meal, and I?m so so so regretting our choice right now. Hopefully the order comes out correct. ????
I love that chicken from Popeyes. The beans and rice is an all time favorite. The quickest and most affordable fast food establishments. The portions that they served me was great for the prices charged. I would recommend Popeyes for the family weekend go to for movie night. The family meal is perfect for a picnic with two side dishes to go with it.
