I was just there-came home with my food, and it’s cold. I tried calling the location where I was just at….which was Fox Valley mall, no answer-I called twice and not only did no one answer, I can’t leave a message. This is unacceptable, and I will not be ordering from this location at all. It was not worth the $28.00+ I spent especially since I had to heat it up after just purchasing it.I will be reporting this issue to the Better business bureau!
avoid this place to all cost. there are many other possibilities in the opposite. they take 40 minutes to fill their order, forget the items and then when they are home and open their sandwiches there is no soak and half the skin will be torn off. I am absolutely disgusting that I had to pay for this experience.
The staff at this restaurant is fantastic, and the food was up to par. However, the owner of this establishment should be embarrassed. When I entered the store, it was so cold that I could see my breath. The employees were wearing layers behind the counter, and I felt sorry for them. Please, turn on the heat.

The chicken was dry and lacked meat and flavor. The mashed potatoes were also not impressive. The high prices were not justified by the quality of the food. Overall, the food did not live up to its reputation.
The food is good at this restaurant. I am very displeased with the customer service the employees provide. They are rude and fail to recognize when they have made a mistake--no apologies. They are not kind.
I ordered online, and I ordered a large mac and cheese and they made it small, my fries and biscuit were cold. I tried calling back asking for a refund and they refuse to answer.

I waited 20 min for my order just for me to come back through the drive through again and then they told me that they forget about my order.
