Let me tell you about this particular chicken joint!! First I go in to use the bathroom and then order. Was told after I used the bathroom it was drive thru only so I go back out and get in line with only 2 cars ahead of me. Finally I make it to the screen to order and had to sit for at least 5 minutes before I could order. So I made my way to the glorious window that probably hasn't been cleaned in at least 3 weeks and why would I come to that determination you ask. I was with my grandmother and siblings out for lunch. This location is notoriously bad for customer service. We hardly eat here, but ya know you expect different. Waited 10 minutes to order, the cashier was rude and didnt put our order down right. Didnt even receive a receipt. Then another lady comes out and asks us what did we order. Now we are STILL WAITING. Seeing how many 1 star reviews there are- corporate needs to step in and get new staff something. Now we got our food. Waited 35 minutes. No business should have bad service constantly.

This location sucks!!! Every single time we have decided to give them another chance, they disappoint once again!!! They NEVER have the food we want to order! The one time I actually did get the overrated chicken sandwich, I got sick! Will not be going back ever!!! The owner of this franchise needs to step up and learn how to run a restaurant or properly train the employees in customer service and inventory management. Could it truly be that they are always out of food or just too lazy to make more, one may ponder.

Whenever I visit this restaurant, they always seem to be out of something crucial. Today, they were missing the spicy chicken, darkened ranch, and the French fries were extremely greasy and stale. The sandwiches had nothing on them. It was a disappointing experience, especially since I have had great meals at other Popeyes locations. Luckily, the wait time was not too long this time. I heard my first question last night was that you had 3 pieces of mile upper legs. about a minute later she said, go ahead with her order. I asked for three pc dinners with all the upper legs and carrots. When I came home, it was in the box, a wing, a bit and half a chest. it will not be the lack of workers who close these restaurants it will be the lack of customer service. She didn't even give me my reception.

This may be the worst restaurant I have ever been to. Couple weeks ago, they where out of Chicken strips ad 1130. Today they had chicken and I get to the checkout and it is exact change or credit card. I asked if they had no change and she said yes but can only except exact change or credit card. Somebody better listen up.

Don't bother visiting this restaurant. The staff was extremely rude and they had very limited food options. I had to completely change my order. Plus, they couldn't even serve any food because they misplaced their money in the safe at 4 pm. Just go next door to Hardee's for a better experience.

Any time I go to this store they are rude. They never get the order right. We always have to wait on anything we order. This is the worst place to order food.The only reason they got one star is because the food is always good. Noting wrong with the taste it’s just not ever what we ordered. The surf and turf dish (2 chicken breasts and 4 shrimp, all cooked with a smile) was delicious, but the accompanying 4 pieces of overcooked and extremely dry were disappointing. The restroom in my garage is in better condition than that.

1st time at Popeyes. Grandson and I ordered 2 of $6.00 boxes. 5 of 6 chicken tenders were cold and over cooked. Fries were under cooked. Try calling restaurant no answer.
