It took 12 minutes just to prepare five chicken tenders and a small portion of mashed potatoes with gravy, especially since the place wasn’t even busy. I noticed the kitchen staff seemed more focused on dancing with the manager than on getting orders out. This was particularly frustrating because a few weeks ago, when I came in just after 5, that same manager was unhelpful when I mentioned I was missing a small fry. Don 't expect to get your prepaid mobile order pick up order 5, 10, or even 15 minutes after the arrival time the app tells you the order will be ready by. You can arrive 10 minutes after the ready time, and THAT 'S when they 'll start putting the order together. You 'll wait at least 25 minutes after arriving and being told just a couple of minutes to finally pick up the order you purchased an hour ago. You 'll also have to remind them that the order has drinks..after they say thank you, have a nice day . When you get home you 'll realize that they missed a side order. Similar experience last time my wife wanted Popeye 's.
I visited the restaurant today and ordered the 8-piece meal. To my disappointment, I received only 2 wings, 2 breasts, and 4 unappetizing thighs. I assumed that with an 8-piece order, there would be an equal distribution of each type. Unfortunately, the thighs looked like they might be spoiled inside. It's really disheartening to spend $33 and receive such poor-quality food. I cannot in good conscience recommend this place to my friends.
Excellent work! The food was served hot. It was very busy due to the Super Bowl, but everything was managed wonderfully. All the dishes were hot and accurate. Fantastic job!
