Although I gave it 3 stars for service, the manager was accommodating when things were missing in our order. Thank goodness we decided to eat there instead of taking it home. The food by far was par. It was not really that good,tasted old. Popeyes used to be really good and looked forward to eating it. After this meal, I'm not sure I'll be back. Put it right up there with KFC. Would have been better off getting Jewel chicken.

I ordered a 14 piece dinner . I received 14 pieces of chicken. 2 breasts , 1 thigh , and the other 11 pieces were all legs and a couple wings . Just not what I was looking for to feed my guests . I thought I would try the Hanover Park store because the Bloomingdale store is closed and everyone knows how Pathetic the West Chicago store is right ? Does anyone teach the kids that work at the franchise ?
I had to repeat my order to the cashier 4-5 till the cashier understood that I wanted a “chicken sandwich”. They apparently don’t understand English. Réservez une table maintenant
I always get different order when I take out. Ordered strips and got regular chicken. This was third time.No education employees out there.
Management was rude as well as employees. Location was ran down. Food was fine; but won't be back to this location.
This location is temporarily closed and no one is reporting it, sheesh! Not sure how long this will be closed
