Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I recently visited this restaurant for both personal and business reasons (I used DoorDash). Although I went to Dear Dat Chicken, that's not why I'm writing this review. I accidentally left my wallet at the restaurant on Mother's Day while picking up a meal for the special mothers in my life. I only realized it was missing the next day. After frantically searching my house and car, I retraced my steps back from Hwy 190 to Popeyes (store #2054) in Slidell. I was relieved to find that my wallet had been turned in to the manager's office with everything still inside. The employees were incredibly kind and refused any reward, only accepting my gratitude. This is the best fast food restaurant I’ve been to yet! I was welcomed as soon as I walked in the door by an employee working hard cleaning up but stopped to welcome me. Was told to be safe by the manager when I was about to leave! And just before I got to the door to walk out another employee hollered out to have a good night! This team on November 28th around 9pm are awesome and home run hitters! This crew deserves some recognition at the least!

The drive-thru line had 10 cars, but we were able to order and be on our way in just 10 minutes. I highly recommend requesting the Cajun Sparkle spice packets, they are incredibly delicious. It adds a nice touch of spice to your meal.

9 out of 10 times my order is by Grubhub, but I always have to request that honey be included as it is not offered by Grubhub. They are always happy, committed and very nice... even Popeyes, who always answers the phone! Oil Réservez une table maintenant

Im only given 3 's for Service because of the poor Service The Attitude at the front counter is unbelievable un called for (Poor Customer Service) But as for Tasty Hot Fried Chicken is always Delicious so I give the Food...

Normally a great location because it's better than the other down by the diner on Gauze. Just watch for the long lines, sometimes going in is 100% better. Everyone treats you like family when you do.

This restaurant is always serving fresh and fast food. The mature waitress is always polite and accommodating. I regret not getting her name, but if you meet her, you'll know who I'm talking about.

I love her chicken. I needed a little chicken for a recipe, so cheated and took 2 chicken breasts home. Much easier and tastier in this way. Réservez une table maintenant

Chicken ,red beans and rice and mashed potatoes were great, the biscuits were a little dry but had good flavor.
