Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I was quoted 3 different prices for a a 10 piece family meal within the same visit. Each quote higher than the last. From 32.99, to 39.99 and lastly Employee informed me that the total was 42.89. When I got home, I took out the box of chicken and the box was completely soggy. Chicken cold. Perhaps a box that was left behind from a prior order? Who knows. The 10 piece had 6 wings in it. Although I love wings, we all know that a wing just doesn't have the value of another larger piece of chicken. Making it an awkward dinner because nobody got full. Lastly, When I later looked at my account, the charge was 43.34.a whole 10 dollars more than the first quote given to me. I felt so robbed. What's...

Showed up at 10:40pm to pick up a DoorDash order 20 minutes before they closed and they completely ignored us, acting as if they were closed. We tried to go inside, tried the drive thru, and called the store and watched them all in the kitchen ignoring the phone. I understand closing and all but you still had 20 minutes left until you are closed. ?

This location is more expensive than other locations in two neighboring cities. What's worse is that while they overcharge, they don't give us value for the price. The mac and cheese container isn't full but it's $5 plus extra for it being mac and cheese. Such a rip off. Save your money and purchase from a neighboring city.

Price went up and quality went down. ?? Whoever was making COLESLAW on 9/3/23 @6pm... SHAME ON YOU! It was so GROSS! It was over-sauced and definitely not mayo. The Chicken breading was also stale. This is a 12pc meal w/ 2 sides $49!! ...I only went here because Chicken Express next door is closed on Sundays. Réservez une table maintenant

There are three locations in Fairfield and this onenis not the closest for me. I've been to all three and this location always has my order when they say they will. The service is also the best of the three.

The chicken is usually fresh, but every once in a while you'll get a bad batch. Service is quick, but I've experienced a couple botched up orders. Overall a great Popeyes

It never fails. Every time we come here, they always screw up our order. How can you mistake a flounder fish sandwich for a chicken sandwich? Jeez.
