Don't have many issues with this location besides the fact that I order Sprite for my son all the time and about 1/3 at a time it will not be really Sprite it will have lost its like acid to it. Like it needs a refill on the machine. I don't drink soda at all so I literally have to taste it before I took it home to him to make sure it's okay. Besides that they usually get to order right and I don't have any complaint with their customer service.
12/12- ChECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE . THEY ARE BACK TO SHORTING YOU ON WHAT YOU PAID FOR AKA STEALING FROM YOU. Second order of boneless wings and tots. Zero seasoning (supposedly Cajun sparkle wings and tots) and they are STiLL out of Cajun sparkle. Rip off. Sides are never filled to capacity, your containers will have plenty of free space.
I ordered a spicy 10pc and a strawberry lemonade. Before leaving, I asked again if it was all spicy and was told yes. I get home and none of them was spicy. Please make sure you give a paying customer what they asked for. If you didn't have any spicy chicken then say that and people can wait or order something else. It's really not hard yall.
I have a problem when I am charged and given something when I didn't order it. In the drive thru, I asked for a medium drink and was given a large. Just imagine how much they make if they do that 100 times a day. Réservez une table maintenant
Mouse droppings in my food at Popeyes in Security. I noticed it as I bit into my fried shrimp. The manager was very rude!!!
Those chicken tenders were not good. They were anemic, dry and barely hot . Had to go to Raising Cane's to wash them down.
