I've been to this location countless times and they always manage to mess up my order. Paying $20+ for spicy chicken only for them to give me what they want to give me is ridiculous and WRONG. Knowing if it were them, they would feel the same way. They offered to correct the order, but it should have been incorrect in the first place. They weren't even that busy. It baffles me how they have no consideration for other people , but I bet they are going to make sure their order is right. It's sad really.
I went through the drive-thru and had to wait a long time to place my order. After ordering, I was asked to pull ahead and wait for my food. Meanwhile, 6 to 7 cars came to the window and left with their meals before my order was even brought to my truck. When I finally checked my bag, I realized that some of my food was missing. Once I got home, I discovered that the chicken nuggets I ordered were stale, and the sauce I requested wasn’t included. Overall, I would rate the service as 1 star.
I used the drive-thru and experienced a long wait before I could place my order. After ordering, I was instructed to pull forward and wait. It took quite a while, as six to seven cars passed through the window before I was finally served. When I got home, I discovered that not all of the food I ordered was in the bag. The chicken wings I received were old, and the sauce was missing. Overall, I would give the service a 1-star rating.
If I could give 0 stars I would, this was the worst fast food experience ever? After waiting 15 mins for my order, I went home to my family to find no rice in neither of my family size red beans. My 3 year old son got sick from the beans also. He?s diarrhea is the absolute worst!!! Please reconsider before eating here. Good Luck !!!

This was my first time trying the highly talked-about chicken sandwich. While I don't believe it's worth getting into a heated debate over, I still found it to be quite tasty.
This was honestly one of the worst food experiences I’ve ever had, particularly at the location on Pearl and Brandon. I would recommend spending your money elsewhere.
I walked in to place an order and saw the employees eating next to the fryer and licking their fingers while handling food. I left right away!
