Went to the drive through. I gave them one meal and the lady gave me a total and told me to drive up. I had to sit there saying hey before she came back on asking if i wanted something else. She told me my next meal had a 10min wait, I said okay. She asked me TWICE surprised that i was going to wait. At the window they gave me my food with no sauce, even though I asked for sauce at the speaker. I had to sit and wait. And then I got a face when I asked for more than 1 packet of honey. I never got a receipt and i feel like i was charged a huge amount. I order the same thing at every store and it never goes past $22. This time it was $29. Who knows what they did. Ill be sure to ask for a receip...
I recently ordered dinner for takeout and had an exceptional experience! The food was absolutely top-notch, earning a perfect score of 5 out of 5. The Spicy Chicken Sandwich I tried was particularly delicious—definitely a must-try! The service was equally impressive, also deserving a 5-star rating. The atmosphere, even though it was takeout, radiated a welcoming vibe that I appreciated. Overall, I highly recommend this place for a satisfying meal!

Upon entering, I was met with a rather unfriendly demeanor from Nora, who appeared irritated that I had interrupted her phone call to order food. The tables and floors were unclean, leaving much to be desired in terms of overall cleanliness. To make matters worse, she let me know that they had run out of both hot sauce and the sweet and spicy sauce. Overall, it was a frustrating experience, and I won’t be coming back.

I’ve been getting lunch for my entire team from this restaurant, spending about $60 to $70 a day. Today, my crew asked for some extra dipping sauce, and the manager charged my credit card over $2 just for four small packets of BBQ sauce. This is ridiculously petty, and I won’t be returning out of principle. The food is good, but the manager really needs to exercise some common sense in running the business.
