This Popeyes location is by far the worst I've ever experienced. As a former employee, I am shocked by the poor quality of everything here, from the management to the food. I consistently order the same items, and they always manage to get it wrong. They often lie and refuse to provide names, and they treat your food like it's just an afterthought, carelessly tossing it into the bag as if you're shopping at a dollar store. I just got home only to discover that half my meal was missing, and they don’t even answer the phone. If you order extra sides, they’ll charge you for them but won’t include them in your order. This place likely doesn 't have enough staff. If you buy through the drive through, you pay at the window then have to pull around the front of the building to wait for your food. I worked at Wendy 's and I know that throwing chicken strips into a fryertakes about 4-6 minutes, with fries needing 2-3 minutes in a deep fryer. Yet somehow my order took a full 20 minutes? Fries weresoggy and tasted like straight up butter, nasty. Pretty sure someone punched (or shot? a hole in the plate glass window outfront which they fixed by taping cardboard over it. Now I don 't expect a five star dining experience at a Popeye 's but yikes,this place was bleak.
I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with coleslaw and red beans and rice as sides. Unfortunately, the food was just average. The chicken fillet was overly breaded and lacked juiciness. The coleslaw didn’t have enough sweetness or tanginess. The red beans and rice fell short in flavor and didn’t remind me of the homemade Louisiana cuisine that Popeyes is known for. On a positive note, the staff was kind and friendly. However, I found it quite strange and concerning that I had to ask for a key to the public restroom, and there was only one bathroom for single use. This is simply unacceptable for such a well-established franchise!
This restaurant feels like a standard Popeyes, but the terrible customer service is compounded by the fact that the food isn't even fresh or hot. The overall experience is disappointing; both the service and the food are lacking. They need to improve one of these aspects to meet the usual Popeyes standards. Honestly, this location makes the now-closed KFC down the street seem like a better choice.

Waited in line at a drive thru for about 30 minutes. The food was cold/lukewarm and then told after paying that ?they were out of bbq sauce for the day?. Then I was told they were out of sweet tea as well. So I get a coke and it turns out to top off themeal experience it was flat and off tasting. Possibly diet. I definitely do not recommend dinning at this specific Popeyes.
Chicken tasted a little differently cooked. Not the consistent popeyes everyone loves. Almost like supermarket chicken passing as popeyes. They were out of tenders, (told I could wait 37 min for them) out of mac and cheese. Guy at the window was nice, butfrustrated because he didn't have help that day. Probably won't go to this location again.
Manager Gloria was very disrespectful. Served us uncooked chicken choose to give me spicy because they didn’t ask what I wanted. chicken was soggy as well and when asking for her name she would not give it to me then she lied and said her name was Venessa. This location is horrible
The person at the register must have been new. I made an online order for pick up and they forgot my soda and my side of mashed potatoes and gravy. Also, they gave me the wrong chicken sandwich. I asked for regular and they gave me spicy.

This location is horrible.i bought food at this location the service was slow and then when I asked to use the restroom the manager lied and said the restroom wasnt working. I could understand if I didn't pay for food.
