Customer service sucks!!! It takes forever for someone to answer in drive thru, then they still get your order wrong. Then the attitudes come out when it's their fault (too busy on that phone texting). Three people passed by the window trying to give me things that were not even on my order. My last time going to this one on Gulfway Drive. Whoever owns this business please check on your establishment because your employees are helping you to go out of business!!!

DO NOT GO HERE! Passing through while traveling and stopped here my mistake. Place is disgusting hood. Roof leaks, water all on the tables, floor, and bar counters. Ceiling needs a complete replacement. Mildew, cobwebs, dust, and dirt in the window booths. Workers didn’t seems to be happy to be working and annoyed customers chose not to use the drive through. Food was dry af and nasty! The franchise owner should be ashamed.

Got a large Mac n cheese and they handed me 3 half a regular sized ones. I wouldn?t be mad if the Mac n cheese didn?t look like it?s been left out from a previous order. Clumpy and cold. Everything else was good, I suppose

Waited in line with only 1 car ahead of me for an hour. Couldn't leave because I had already paid through app. Workers laughed and said wow. Opened bag. Chicken cold, hard and burned.

it was okay to be 11:30 in the morning. the huh could have been a little fresher, and the service could have been more attentive if I had taken my order.
