1. I had difficulty specifying the four meals I wanted, which included 3 combo platters and one combo with two pieces. I had to repeat my order multiple times.
2. Despite my request for each order to be packed separately, all orders were placed in one bag.
3. Upon arriving home, I realized that two of the orders were completely incorrect and did not have the pieces I had ordered. Only two pieces were correct.
4. I requested two separate coleslaws for two of the combo platters, but was given one medium coleslaw instead.
5. One of the items I ordered, buffalo sauce, was missing.

Thursday June 29th around 1:30pm. I ordered 5 spicy tender combo. I specifically asked lady at cashier to make my order fresh and well done. After waiting about 20min, she still gave me old cold tenders and she refused to make mew order for me. She started arguing and showed alots of arrogant. I also sent complain to popeyes HQ. I was very very disappointed. Order was very cold and I ended up throwing it in garage. Never ever will go to this location ever again. I'm also posting this in multiple group on social media. This lady with glasses need serious customer service Training. What a waste of my money. I urge manager to take action asap!
The customer service at this restaurant is top-notch. I forgot to customize my chicken burger, but the staff offered to replace it for me without me even having to ask. Additionally, the restaurant is wheelchair accessible.
I got 2 piece chicken with fries. The food was fried in the same oil as the shrimp because the chicken and fries both smell and taste like shrimp. I brought it home and now my house smells like shrimp. This is unacceptable.

The food was amazing and tasted very fresh! The staff were friendly and welcoming. It took about 10 minutes to receive our food. Unfortunately, the washroom was not clean.

Horrible food and worst popeyes I’ve EVER had! Food was so stale and had a very weird smell. Will NEVER go back to this location.

Worse customer service. Girl on Cashier is very arrogant and rude. Please train your staffs. Cold food.
