A 20 piece tonight at the thru ride. They let me know that there was something waiting and asked if that was the o.k. Of course it wasn't a problem. When I came into the window to pay the manager, I noticed that I was with my child and let me know how difficult it is to wait with children and gave me a few coffins and pommes while I waited for free. Waiting was shorter than I expected and the product was much more satisfactory. Much better in quality and taste than their competitors I won't mention, but I'm sure we all know.
Don't bother ordering on the app as you will have to wait 10-15 minutes anyway. We keep trying this location thinking that it will get better but we will never go back after this last order. The chicken was terrible, the oil in the fryer was old and dirty and made the chicken taste like rotten shrimp. The fries were so overcooked that they tasted like cardboard. They ran out of hot sauce the last 2 times we were there and the staff were rude. We used to live in Toronto and we never had a problem at any location.
i placed an order at the front and noticed managers are being extremely rude to their employees and they spoke in their language right in front of me and other customers. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Anyways, I asked for the 8 piece chicken meal and asked for 3 spicy 5 mild and they failed to serve me it correctly. It took 15 minutes to make and they did not tell me about the wait until after I paid. This employee Hashmeet was giving me attitude and has no professionalism.
The quality of the food has gone down and I have been noticing the difference in the food and it's quality from last 6 months. If you order Chicken tenders you will get tenders but with really less chicken and more coating and when u order the 4 pcs chicken its either too oily or not cooked properly or Just alot of coating with no chicken. Please take this seriously Popeyes otherwise you are going to lose your customers. I do prefer Huron chruch branch over Howard.

The reason for the high score was because they actually had the blackened chicken sandwich, which other locations currently don’t have. Also, since I was a take out, the manager prioritized my order (since it was a big one) and the quality of the sandwiches and chicken were really good. The place is clean and pleasant for a dine in as well. I particularly appreciate the professionalism and quick service of the staff at this location. particularly
We did indeed order a bunch of food for my son's birthday celebration in drive thru. We expected to wait, no issue. We were told 15 minutes, it was a little over 25 when the food was brought out to us. With two young kids in the car, having a more realistic expectation of what the wait would be would have helped
I used to go every Tuesday for 2 orders of daily special. I asked for all legs, but the staffs said I can't have all legs anymore, so I go to somewhere I can get what I want. You guys didn't do anything wrong but just to let you know Popeye is not the only place people can go.
I ordered a chicken nuggets .It’s not cool properly not good for health it’s half cook .I have no words to say after when I broke 1 piece of chicken nugget . This is first and last time I ordered.

Popeyes doesn't really live up to the hype for me. I don't really care for the chicken, its not crispy enough and has a strange flavour. The fries however are very good, love the spices.
Great chicken here, food is always super consistent in terms of taste and quality
