When I came through the drive through for the side, the girl at the window didn 't apologize for the mistake and acted like I was inconveniencing her. I called the manager available afterward to make a complaint and when she asked what I wanted as compensation for the bad experience I asked for a free meal, she said I can only offer you a free dessert . I order online paid 80$ some how it withdrew from my card but they couldn’t find my order or didn’t get it. I go through the drive through and Meghan was a total you know what, to add to frustration I had to wait 45 minutes in the line because the lobby was closed during operation hours and there was only four cars. They refused to help me and shut the drive through door in my face.

When I went to Popeyes for the first time the service was not good. First of all they didn't take our order. Second of all the atmosphere was not good. And lastly the employees were not nice. So I am never coming here ever again.

Was in the drive thru someone was saying all the food was expired and the managers do nothing about it and that the food be old and just warmed back up had to just leave and pull out WOULD NOT GO

Waited an hour for my order. Siting doing lobby first then mobile order. So I ordered in the lobby instead of online. Still put me behind these mobile orders
