Portillo's Hot Dogs

Great food, great price. Although we personally didn't like the peppers in our Italian Beef (we think it tastes best as-is). Definitely a favorite. Somehow they make the sandwich crisp on the outside, no matter how long it sits, and it stays warm for quite a while. It's also easy on the stomach, too (not too greasy). Good food, good atmosphere. The wait staff seemed newer, so I'm not going to judge them much. They didn't smile, but they were friendly. Overall, great food and a solid establishment.

This restaurant has a clean, bright, and stylish atmosphere. The staff was incredibly helpful from the moment I arrived to pick up my door fittings. Unfortunately, my order had been waiting for a while before I received the message, causing the malt to melt. However, a very kind young lady offered to remake it before I even had to ask. She quickly returned with a new malt, complete with a smile. Thank you!

Eating is good, but the number system is not the best. You go out of order and you wait too long for your food. Understand that it can be occupied, but you should get your food from the placement. This must be fixed so that it can be more seamless. Should offer to get your own drinks instead of waiting with the order. It was over to get the wrong salad and missed a burger, had to go back and get them.

Great place. Has the word Hot Dogs in the name but the menu is very expansive besides hot dogs. You 'll never leave hungry. Good to run in for a quick bit or a large group dinner! Always a place to bring guests when they are in from out of town. Quite a unique atmosphere.

We always make it a point to stop at Portillos when we run across one. Every location is always has such a fun, family dining environment and great food. It isnt difficult to see what great teamwork accomplishes.
