Portillo's Rolling Meadows

We went to dinner and used a gift card we had received. The propulsion staff said we could not use because they had switched banks etc. I asked for management. Chris the manager came in our car in cold pouring rain and explained the same, but excused and took our tab! The food was great and the staff was nice, but the manager went beyond and beyond! Great CUStomer Service! Thank you.

Always love the food and atmosphere at this portillo's when you go in person. Never had a problem. On the delivery side however, that could definitely use improvement.. aside from that, I still will always come in when i need my portillo's fix.

The Rolling Meadows location is top notch! I work at a large business nearby and they execute flawlessly on large orders with short noticed. Continually impressed- Kudos!

There are some of the best food I've ever eaten in the Chicago area. Every time we come to visit, we have to stop and stop and bring some back to Michigan with us. Réservez une table maintenant

I had the beef and cheddar croissants accompanied by cheese fries. I also tried the new peppermint shake—it was quite sweet, but enjoyable!

Perfectly made Portillos beef hotdog with all the fixings’ and the tamale hasn’t changed in endless years and was absolutely delicious!

Always busy, rushed in and out, never welcoming. The food is ok for being over-priced.
