2nd visit here. First time was wonderful and we really enjoyed our meal. Service was great and had already planned to come back.Second time was a huge disappointment, starting with getting inside. My mother was in a wheelchair and we had difficulty in going through the doors. A bit of help would have been nice, but the one person we saw just stood there by the register watching. The rest of the visit went downhill from there. The food was great until dessert which was given in a plastic container as though we were in a drive-thru. Had high hopes for this place based on reviews. I value mom and pop companies and rarely write a bad review. Found a GLASS shard in my son's spinach broccoli calzone. Luckily he didn't swallow it or break a tooth or they would get worse than this review. The waiter being brand new, was kind and apologetic but I got the feeling they didn't care since the owner or manager didn't speak to us about it, only comped my son's calzone only. The food was not authentic Italian food.. I was very disappointed. The bruschetta was limp mushy pieces of pizza crust with melted cheese tomatoes and spinach with a side of marinara. The kids got the Philly cheese steak, they were huge but the bread was tough, not crunchy they definitely used microwave to heat it up way too expensive for that bad of food. The poor girl was working alone to serve everyone. We ordered our food and received our food almost 2 hrs later. This is a review where I want you to give half stars. I'd say it's 3.5 stars. Everything started very fast sitting Subj orders taken and returned. The order was then taken, things began to slide. A few more tables came and it seams this is this place problem. After about 20 minutes we asked about our appetizers and was told that it soon wounded the kitchen, but there were only like 5 or 6 tables and most of them were 2 people. When the food came out, it was good nothing big, but good portion size is on the small side, but fair when looking at the price.

The food was really delicious. The waitress was really friendly too. Honestly didn't even know the place was open, but we are sure glad we found it!
