I'll start by saying our first few trips to Circle S were great. We had a large pick up order once and then visited in person a couple of times previous to our last visit and everything was amazing each time. I enjoyed it so much I chose to get my parents a gift card for Christmas so they could try it the first time on me. However, our last visit the food was less than mediocre. My smoked chicken was so dry I literally had to take a drink with each bite and my boyfriends steak was well done instead of medium and had zero flavor. We chalked it up to coming too late in the evening but this weekend my parents decided to use their gift card and purchased two tailgate specials and were extremely disappointed as well. They, too shared that the chicken was extremely dry and the smaller ends of their ribs weren't edible they were so charred. I'm unsure if the kitchen staff has changed or if we were just unlucky to get 2 bad meals back to back but I really hope for the latter. Our service was excellent and the atmosphere was great- the food was just very disappointing.
First impressions are everything and that is why I give it 1 star. I had never ordered anything from Circle S. Saturday evening I called in an order for 2 Circle S burgers with 2 sides and the lady on the phone said it would be about 30 minutes and that was fine since we were on the other side of town. I get to Circle S after 30 minutes and go inside and tell them I had a to-go order. The waitress asked my name and I told her. I stand there another 10+ minutes and see nothing on the grill being fried and then asked about my to-go order and it was ready and had been sitting there ready the entire time. I was kinda aggravated at that point but ok if the food was good it will be ok. Then I paid the waitress and had to wait another 5 minutes to get my change. I don't normally give reviews but I was very disappointed in the entire experience.

Do not miss the grain, which is moist with the texture of a pancake or the 20 ounce ribeye for under $30, $4 coronas and yuenglings. nancy has taken a culmination with 8 tops, which has entertained us with their sweat during a short waiting period. sarah m was the best server I had for a long time so that we feel so welcome and take care of our needs. when there was a temperature problem with a few steaks, our server and our management was to compensate for everything about it correction and even meal times. would definitely return if this Northman brought it back to this wise. if they are a carnivore who is looking for a good food and a good time for a good price, that is their place.

I just wanted to take a moment to fulfill the service we received from sara on Friday. we brought dad to birthday dinner and as always she was fantastic! she had the table beautifully decorated with balloons and the food was absolutely delicious. I appreciate a server that makes a great job, and she treated our table of 8 adult and 1 child with a perfect representation of relaxed competence. well done!
