First time I ever ate there and will never eat there again. I always leave great reviews but not for this place. First off the waitress acted like she was miserable and hated her job. It was not busy at all there. No smile, no hi how are you doing todaynothing.. Secondly we ordered the sampler and we got our food before the sampler. Had to ask where the sampler was and thewaitress came back and said it?s hot and just came up. Well that was a lie because it was cold and soggy and we didn?t eat itafter we took one bit. I consider myself a patient person, but I waited over 20 minutes for the evening shift bartender to acknowledge me and offer a drink after the shift change—I even timed it on my phone. Ultimately, I left without being served. The day shift bartender was fantastic and attentive with my food and drink orders, but the evening bartender was not. I was watching football and felt I was being a polite and gracious customer. This isn't the first time I've experienced this bartender's indifference. She rarely attends to those sitting at the bar. The manager and bar staff were exceptional, and my waitress delivered outstanding service. The manager showed remarkable customer care and was very accommodating. The waitress was attentive to both food and drinks, and the food was delicious. I anticipated this Buffalo Wild Wings to be like others I’ve visited, but it far surpassed my expectations. I will certainly be coming back. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!
If you’re in a hurry and can’t tolerate slow service, this isn’t the place for you. While the food is tasty, the last three times I’ve visited, the wait has been excessively long. Tonight, I came to pick up a to-go order during my work break, only to find out it hadn’t even been started. I ended up being 20 minutes late returning to work. The wings are good, but the poor service just isn’t worth it.

Table was dirty. The booth seats were ripped. No sign to wait for seating. So we sat ourselves. The place was pretty empty. A server came up and very rudelly asked us to move to the waiting area. There should have been a please wait sign or a person atthe entrance. We left and will not be back.
My family and I had a fantastic dining experience, and our waiter, Jeffrey, was remarkable. This was probably the best service we've ever encountered. He was extremely polite and attentive, genuinely caring about our experience. He exceeded the typical level of service we usually receive.
I ordered through DoorDash, but the food arrived cold. There was a hair in my fries, and my veggie boat ranch was missing, even though the order ticket showed it was checked by staff. I tried calling the restaurant for help but couldn’t get through.
