we had after many delicious appetizers wolfbarsch in salt crust - an easy to say good fish and serving was an experience. after that we had another delicious dessert, so that we were able to experience a wonderful evening at a well-tempered white wine.The rooms are freshly renovated and in very good condition. with a wonderful view in the 4th floor we enjoyed the last days at best weather and felt very comfortable. hotel and especially the restaurant are highly recommended!
excellent hotel, located in the center of zuoz a village near st. moritz, country equipped with several ski resorts. friendly staff a great welcome, very clean and spacious rooms in Engadin style. small cozy stube at the main street through the place zuoz in the hotel crusch Alva.We have ordered a huge portion of different meats and crevettes for self-grilling on the hesisen stone. similar to fondue a beautiful job, sometimes even eating in the restaurant. 3 solitary sauces and kartoffels with sweetness made dinner a real experience.
with the children we spent an extended weekend in the hotel engiadina. we had a nice room and the special charm of the hotel we enjoyed very much. the breakfast buffet corresponded exactly to our requirements and additionally wish were met in kind. our children felt comfortable and so it was also a relaxed stay for us.
The restaurant is located in the hotel itself and consists of two very cosy and traditional rooms. Food, in our case game, was excellent and above all we really enjoyed the friendly service and the small extras in the form of an amuse bouche and some sweets with the coffee. A traditional Swiss experience.
It is obvious that the new owner of the hotel wants to make the restaurant in the Hotel Engiadina a first class address in the Engadin.
