Food is decent. Don't order delivery though. Go pick up up your food or eat it there. They are very forgetful. I've have a couple of occasions where my food was VERY late for delivery. Not 5-10 minutes, but over 30 minutes late. And on the app you tip them ahead of time. There is no way to change a tip after the service is complete. They couldn't care less though. They don't get paid enough to care and they have my money already.
I placed an order through the app and was on my way to pick it up when I was involved in a minor accident. I contacted the restaurant and spoke with Mike, who told me it was my responsibility to come and get my food and that I would not be getting a refund.
I can't tell if it's DoorDash or another delivery service, but the food from this restaurant is always fantastic. Unfortunately, I've ordered a milkshake three times, and it has never been included in my order. It's quite disappointing.
Potbelly is fantastic! This location features very helpful staff, and the sandwiches are reasonably priced while bursting with flavor. The atmosphere is lively, with walls adorned with interesting decor. Réservez une table maintenant
They forgot half of my sandwich! I spent so much money for what? It's unbelievable. I would give them a zero if I could.

The Chocolate Brownie Cookie is the most amazing cookie I've ever eaten. I highly recommend it!
