Haven't been here in awhile and decided to stop in for a lunch and order our favorites the Italian and A Wreck Sandwiches. Love the perfectly toasted bun that is just thick enough to hold everything together without being heavy. Can also order your bun sliced thinner to cut carbs. Veggies are sliced super thin and that keeps them from sliding out. Like the pickle planks idea for the same reason. Great combination of meats including Capicola and Mortadella! The Jalapeno Giardiniera complements the sandwich without overwhelming with heat. Manager even stopped by to ask how everything was. Great customer service! Will definitely swing in more often! Walked in today with my husband and ordered a BLTA for the first time in literally years since I been to a potbelly so I was very excited for my sandwich and I get ready to eat it and I see raw bacon and like black charred sides. Immediately ruined my appetite. Not one crispy slice. It is 8/25 and went at dinner time. Who ever works there should be fired. Serving it like that was unacceptable. If you wouldn’t eat that, why serve that. Truly disgusting. If you can’t make bacon take it off your menu. Do something!!! It’s 2023 and you guys can’t make a BLT. Lost my business. I would post a picture but it was truly THAT BAD.
Stopped in for Lunch on Veterans Day with my wife and Mother in law checking out I asked the Cashier Jerry if they have a discount for Veterans Day he said yep and proceeded to pull out his own personal credit card to pay for our lunch!! As a veteran this has to be the biggest kindest gesture I have personally received! Pot Belly hang on to this guy as he is the worlds BEST! Thank Jerry your are an awesome man!
we had a catering order that was dropped by the delivery service...but Lorenzo Logan picked it up and made it happen by delivering it personally....and saving my meeting!!!!! cudos to his customer service...something that is lacking in today's society....cant recommend them enough....and by the way...food was fantastic

Waited for more than a half hour for an online order. I left without receiving my sandwich. Called the store to get a refund only to be heated with an automated message no one is available to take your call click....
no clean tables to sit at, sandwich (lucky 7) that I ordered online was soggy by the time they put it out on the counter and there was no trash cans that weren’t overfilling
Very tasty as usuall. But it was a bit buisy so the line was long. Didn't affect quality or service with a smile but like 10 mins In Line.
Do not order for pick up/take out from here. Better to buy in the store or expect a long wait time for your order if you choose pick up.

First time here and this place was filthy inside, both restrooms and restaurant. Food ok. Won't be back.
