"Unlike the unprofessional staff (Tamia) on Taylor Street in Chicago... I was welcomed with a smile and greeted with enthusiasm by Bradon. I finally got my Chicken Pot Pie Soup and my Chicken Sandwich. My food was hot, fresh, tasty and served with a smile. I even received a spoon, napkins and crackers without having to ask. AFTER my horrible ordeal on Taylor St with Tamia (Manager) I swore I would NEVER patronize another Potbelly. BUT as they say NEVER say NEVER.
