After ordering from Poulet Rouge Carrefour Angrignon many times, I decided to visit in person to write a review. The food tastes good and is a healthier option compared to most places in the food court. My first time ordering wasn’t the easiest to understand, but the more you come, the more familiar the process becomes. However, the staff should explain the sauces better, as they never mention the variety available (like Dijon honey, lime, balsamic, etc.); they only ask if you want spicy mayo.
Overall, it’s a good place to eat, but you might wonder why I’m giving it 3 stars. Here’s why:

Although the chicken slices were smaller than those at the downtown location, the flavors were just as delicious. The chicken is deeply marinated, and their condiments are equally flavorful. I really appreciate being able to customize my bowl—it makes the meal more personalized and enjoyable, especially since you can choose up to seven condiments. Each bite offered a delightful mix of flavors, from sour to sweet to salty, and I never grew tired of the food. Wow. I’m really disappointed in what used to be my favorite place to eat in the mall. When Poulet Rouge first opened, I used to come once a week and even buy four bowls at a time to bring to work throughout the week. Now, they’ve removed their wraps, raised prices, added extra charges for black olives, and worst of all, the chicken is precooked. It’s still good, but not nearly as good as it was when they first opened.
I'd rather heat up the planet than their grill. Chicken was unfortunately undercooked and thus I threw it out, didn't want to bother going back there to have them reheat it and possibly overcook it since their culinary capabilities are clearlylacking. Hopefully staff will pay further attention to the quality of the food they serve as I was excited to eat there.
