Powell Street Plaza offers a good variety of stores, but it gets extremely crowded. The Marshall’s was especially chaotic, with sizes all jumbled together and very cramped, so wherever I was, someone was right on my heels trying to shop. I plan to try visiting again on a weekday—if you don’t like busy crowds, I wouldn’t recommend going on the weekend.
