I bought 8 tickets for the Charm City Clue Room for my bachelor party, and I decided to get there early so I could eat a bite, but the experience was totally pampered because there was a ticket taco festival. I had come to the venue with my ticket and went to underground pizza, but when the other members of my party arrived, the security said I could only eat if I had a ticket for Tacos Festival! Why do I need a ticket to the Taco Festival to feed on a pizzeria joint next to the Clue Room? I bought tickets for the Clue Room and Security will harass me and my friends to spend money in a restaurant while I wait for my event? I am unlikely to ever go back to Power Plant Live, although the Clue...
came here for Baltimores Taco Festival, where I paid for a VIP ticket that comes with an open bar. Everything was nice until my family and I stopped at the “Crush Bar”. The bartender was extremely rude when I asked for a cup of ice for my grandmother, who was also a VIP ticket buyer, and we had the bracelets. The bartender said and I quote: “No, you can’t ice cream, ice cream is just for drinks. Please move”. Who's holding ice before an older lady? My grandmother, who was dehydrated by the move, only needed an ice cup that was made before her. Your attitude was really disgusting and I will not return to PowerPlant. I will not return for another Baltimore Taco festival.
