I had a delightful experience at Prabu 's Sweet in Surrey. Their Indian sweets offer a wide variety, and the quality is outstanding. I truly enjoyed the rich flavors and the authenticity of their sweets. The staff was friendly and helpful, making my visit even more pleasant. If you 're a fan of Indian sweets, I highly recommend Prabu 's Sweet for a delicious and authentic experience.

I love Prabh sweets but you shouldn’t be charging for bags, sees rather exploitive as you didn’t for the past so many years and they are the same bags and your prices have increased and are anyways higher than local competitors.You lost this customer by trying to make an extra 25 cents. Our family has been going here since we came from India 8 years ago!

Really bad customer service and rude staff. Purchased badam milk from here but there was not even a single piece of badam in it. When I called them with the complain, they don't even have the courage to accept that there can be an issue with their product. I am highly disappointed with them and never going to visit their store again.

DISAPPOINTING and DISRESPECTFUL STAFF. I usually doordash from this place, had to call the store for some clarifications but the staff disconnected the call while I was talking. very very disrespectful. I don’t expect this from the store who is having such a great goodwill in regard of the taste. Réservez une table maintenant

Tbh, I don’t know about their food but their customer service is really cheap. It actually takes 15 mins on a single person. They have 10 or more employees n it took me more than 30 mins to proceed with my order. Lol

Customer beware, I had bought kaju katli on rakshabandhan, all the boxes were very bad smell and sour, I called them, they didn't care about the quality, next time I will complain directly to the food, health care.

Goto place whenever I crave for India sweets.Their laddoos, milk cake, ras malai, gulab jamun and gajrela are my favourites.
