I was thrilled to discover an all-vegan restaurant in McAllen, especially after hearing mixed reviews. However, this place has a fantastic menu! I tried the daily special barbacoa, which was both spicy and flavorful. There were two servings, but I could have easily eaten four! It was served with zoodles, rice, and lentil soup. I also indulged in the nachos (don’t judge me) — they were incredibly cheesy and delicious. I expected something different, but it tasted just like real cheese, which was surprising. And the cupcake? A banana peanut butter treat with blueberry filling—absolutely amazing! It was stored in the fridge, so I can only imagine how delicious it would be fresh out of the oven....
I love this place! Full vegan menu! I fell in love with the sincronisada, made with nixtamal tortilla. These people are very generous with the portions and more importantly, the avocados! I also tried the tacos, wich are fully loaded with fresh veggies, along with the vegan steak and salsa verde. Bring some friends so you can share and taste everything they have to offer. Did I mention I also tried the pastrami sandwich? Wow I pigged out! Luckily it's all vegan so I don't feel guilty. This place is also very clean and the staff are all awesome people.
I come here often, the food is amazingly good. It seems pricy, but their portions are very generous. 2 tacos didn't sound filling but I struggled to finish them while their homemade soy crumble was spilling from the tortillas. Everything I've had is delicious. Their tamales are the best I've ever had. The staff are very kind and makes you feel welcome. Very highly recommend. Call in advanced for the menu items if you're wanting a specific dish.

Outstanding food and service! Been here two days in a row and I can't get enough of this place. So worth the drive over here. I highly recommend it to the entire vegan community and non vegans as well. Once you try this food, you will absolutely love it...if you haven't yet! So make your way and meet the owner while visiting, they are great people. This will definitely be my regular.
I absolutely loved the food! It was bursting with flavor. The desserts are fantastic as well! If you’re in the area, I highly recommend stopping by. I tried the barbacoa taco, chicken salad, and a strawberry-filled coconut cupcake. Everything was vegan and incredibly delicious!
for lunch and get the Burger combo that came with suppe and her daily drink. I have no idea what I drank, because I took it to go, but it was fantastic! the staff was super nice, the food was delicious, and there was more definite I would like to try!
Wow. You have to get the spicy tacos. Loved this place. Hope to be back in McAllen and will look this place up again for next time.
