We witnessed a huge amount of people who weren’t customers using the seating. They would leave the rubbish from the customers before and sit and talk or use their laptops. We also saw a huge group of 6-8 people just sitting talking for our whole meal they walked down the steps with no food etc and got their own food out after a while. This is frustrating for actual customers who pay and can’t get seating. All in all it was clean and staff friendly but it’s soo busy that they don’t notice the people who are just using their seating without actually buying anything.
This particular location is as good as any. The staff was very friendly and the food was well prepared. Their special club sandwich was particularly good as well as the tomato bisque which were enjoyable. This is one of the most successful local chains that offers good quality food, organic ingredients, and reasonable prices in London. If you see one at any location you won’t be disappointed.
If you are touring in London, and want to find a quick bite to eat, Pret a Manger is a good place to try. They are located all over the city (think Starbucks in NYC or San Francisco). Unlike American fast food restaurants, the food...
It is Pret a Manger, so...sometimes it is really good, soemtimes it is not. This one is average. The offering was restricted, staff didn't appeared to be bothered a lot. But still better than a lot of other sandwich shops

I had to stay three extra days in London by myself. I bought chicken salad and tomato soup here and took it back to the hotel to eat. Food was fresh and delicious.
Popped in for a quick lunch. Very busy but with very efficient service and a good range of takeaway snacks and drinks. We shared wraps and sandwiches, both fine.
Its not to busy on the counter so served quickly but there can be no space on the indoor tables . friendly staff and usual decent coffee and food . no issues .
Stopped by for breakfast ...seemed to be good fresh food, even the Orange juice. Had a quick sandwich for lunch one day too...all good, and fair prices

Although very busy and bustling, the staff were smiley and helpful. Be aware that it gets very busy around lunchtime. Food good and coffee excellent.
No better chain store for quality sandwiches. Taste the difference. Avoid supermarkets including M&S and Boots.
