Been here numerous times to buy food (sandwich etc) for flights. I usually visit in the mornings and they are open early, are generally efficient at the tills and well stocked in the mornings. Food is normal Pret sandwiches and salads of the same standard as other Pret stores. On the last visit I was very pleased they are serving again the baguette of brie, tomato and mozzarella which I still can’t get at my local Pret. My baguette was lovely and fresh and my husband had the bacon/egg baguette, which he enjoyed. I also had a mango/lime pot and a dark chocolate and almond cookie (these are lovely). Handy big shop ... if you want to buy anything before to board the plane or take away food.... the place is big bit there not many tables to accommodate people seating... you have some charging points for your phones, tablets and computers. Prices are the same as any shop Service could be a bit stressful They don’t clean often the tables..
I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at this restaurant, and I am especially grateful for the waitress, Bernadette. The world needs more people like her. I wish her all the best in the future! God bless and guide her always!
Large spacious clean area. Had a cookie and tea. Had to return to top up with extra milk. Don't know why they don't use whole milk.

Fantastic fruity things, croissants, coffee great before you fly and to take with you on to plane.
I suppose like very many people I'm pre disposed to liking places that don't rip me off.
The sandwich was delicious, the staff was friendly, and the service was efficient.
