We walked in at 19:50 and noticed the staff was busy cleaning up as if to close. We asked until what time they were open and they informed us that it was until 20:30. We chose our meal and sat down to dine in the restaurant. After a few minutes they started washing the floor and we had to eat our meal with the strong bleach smell of the detergent used for cleaning. The staff then proceeded to bring indoors some chairs from outside, scraping the furniture on the floor and making a terrible noise. The coffee was great and the staff were friendly. Despite being busy, the service was quick and the staff made an effort to keep the restaurant clean, unlike Pret. The restaurant is not very large and has a strange layout. Despite the crowd, most people opted for takeout. There is both indoor and outdoor seating available. The selection of pastries, cookies, and other sweet treats was good, as well as a variety of wraps, salads, soups, and savory items, although not as extensive as in larger branches. I needed to work on my laptop and enjoy a coffee, but the wifi was frustratingly slow.
I was very disappointed with this restaurant due to the large number of tables taken up by students studying and doing homework. Many of them were using laptops without buying anything to eat or drink. The staff should be more attentive and ask these customers to either make a purchase or leave if paying customers cannot find a table.
I frequent this restaurant often to study because I enjoy the atmosphere and can use my subscription there. The staff is very friendly and always ensures I have a pleasant time. I dislike how some staff at other restaurants can be moody. Additionally, they prepare my coffees and teas exactly to my liking.

There are loads of coffee shops in the area. I came here as I have the free coffee subscription. Coffee was good as was the mango and banana sunshine bowl for breakfast. Not sure about healthy but filling and hit the spot. Quite sweet. Would recommend. Service was fast and efficient. Staff were friendly.
Service was very bad they mixed up our order and I was waiting like 15 20 min for 1 coffee.. I know it was a busy day their was a football match and a loft of people but then they should have more people a work.. it can not be a surprise every time there is a match..
We stopped here on way to see Jess Glynne The Spice girls. Queue not too bad. Served quickly and luckily found a seat by the window. Nice to relax after journey here and just to people watch. Nice happy atmosphere. Food and drink tasty
So expensive for basic toastie, which was very average. Not the cleanest either. There was nobody cleaning tables between diners. Much better places in the area. Would recommend Estadio Lounge around the corner.

Pret is our choice for a fresh sandwich and coffee. They are nearly always packed and this one was. Got served and dived for a table. Great food, the banana cake is like your granny's.
A great location and a nice vibe inside. Big and cozy. Food and drink options were great and the staff was very friendly.
