This is my first time at this restaurant. It wasn't very busy at the moment. the dining area is clean. inviting, moderately quiet. Personally, I don't care for a place so loud that I need to train myself to read lips in order to keep up with a conversation while trying to enjoy a well-made dish. Their menu offers a nice variety of dishes. Traditional Italian and some Greek (Gyros, Souvlaki). I ordered the fried ravioli as an appetizer and tried their calzone as the main course. very little waiting time before you get your meal served. Horrible service. Angry that a family was coming in, the night of the local high school graduation, at 9:15, when they closed at 10. Complained as they went into the back by stating the time and complaining about it being a six top. Then continued in the back making comments for about five minutes. Made everyone uncomfortable and really ruined the celebration vibes. We still tipped regardless and stayed and ate but then the pizza tasted like someone dumped a bottle of salt on it. We tried to figure out if one of the children did it but after that behavior from the staff we really do not trust that it wasn’t from them. So if you go in an hour and a half before they close, you will be sure to hear about it from the waiting staff. They'll vocally express their anger from the back kitchen area and complain loudly the entire time. Don't bring your family or friends there if you're trying to get a nice meal you might catch an angry employee who will make your meal about themselves and really take away from any good vibes you may have come in with. One of those times where I wonder why someone would take a job in food service if they're just going to get upset when someone wants to come in, get food, pay and tip. Pizza and Pasta here is amazing! Quiet honestly the best pizza in town in my opinion. The price is perfect for the quality and amount in toppings. However, and I hate to say this. The servers the multiple times that we have gone, both eat in and pickup weren't rude necessarily, but they were uninterested, seeming like they didn't care. When we ate in getting attention for refills on our drinks was difficult. Service aside, I do recommend the food. There’s something delightful about this pizza spot on the corner in downtown Fredericksburg. The staff were friendly and accommodating as we placed our orders. I believe I tried every vegetarian option on the menu, and I enjoyed the veggie panini without dairy—it was surprisingly satisfying even without the mozzarella. Everyone left happy with their pizzas and sandwiches.
This place is great and was very affordable for the amount of food and quality you're getting! I'm only here visiting but, I wish I discovered this place sooner. Pizza and cheese sticks were fantastic and the young guy at the front was really friendly and kind! Highly recommend!
