What a horrible meal. It was one of those evenings when my wife and I decided to treat ourselves to a nice dinner. We were looking forward to a memorable culinary experience, but sadly, it turned out to be quite the opposite. The steak, which we had hoped would be tender and packed with flavor, could almost give Applebee's a run for its money in terms of toughness and tastelessness. Even the trusty companion of many meals, ketchup, could not salvage this disaster. And to add insult to injury, the lobster, a delicacy we had eagerly anticipated, was smothered in a white sauce that attempted to mask its lack of taste. Needless to say, the entire meal left a bitter taste in our mouths and ruined...
DO NOT COME here if you want a Fallsview and good food. We went here for New Year’s Eve and I requested a table by the window, even called in to politely ask if we can be accommodated. When we arrived, there were empty tables overlooking the falls when we arrived, but we were not seated there even though we asked twice in advance. The manager was not polite with us and told us that there is no guarantee that we will get the view because it’s first come first serve. BUT THERE WERE TABLES OPEN! We were placed at the table and had people come by and servers rushing with orders every minute. This experience RUINED our New Year’s celebration. We were celebrating my two tweens birthdays in Niagara Falls and decided to check out Prime instead of doing the Keg like we would normally opt for.We had an amazing view of the falls and fireworks.There is a kids menu, and both girls loved their meals. I ordered the ribeye and a side of Mushrooms and it was amazing. It was well seasoned, tender, and perfectly cooked easily the best steak I've ever had.My kids were surprised with a birthday treat too which was unexpected.Yes, it is not a cheap restaurant, but the value is definitely there. Well worth trying, we will be back!
My family and I came here last minute with no reservations and were so glad we did. My small children enjoyed the kids pasta and the gummy worm dessert. My husband and I had the pork belly appetizer and shared the ribeye steak with a side of Mac and cheese. We thought the steak was delicious and it came out perfectly medium well. We paired it with a nice red wine. The whole meal and the view was definitely a night to remember. We’d come back next time if we ever travel to Niagara Falls again. Réservez une table maintenant
Came in with a big party of 14pp. We did not have a reservation but the man in the front welcomed us and sat us anyway .Sara was our server and she was awesome, we can be a bit of a challenge.She handled us perfectly as well treated our kids kindly and made them laugh.We returned an appetizer and she again had no problem handing that situation.She also surprised my son with a birthday ice cream.Thank you Sara for your service .
Next level steak. I’ve been to many steakhouses and at the end of the day, nothing beat The Keg for me, yes a franchise. Until I tried Prime Steakhouse, I really wish they had it back home. It’s very pricey but well worth the money. Also, my waitress was amazing. Great energy, full of smiles :
Dining on the 10th floor of the Crowne Plaza. Pleasant setting and worth the view alone. Dining experience was remarkable. This place ranks up there in quality with some of the big name steak houses. If you're in the falls area, book a table and be surprisingly impressed.
