I've always enjoyed Primo, but it has been a while since I last ordered from them. I decided to try a Primo-sized Big T and was quite disappointed. It felt like there was significantly less meat than I remembered. The bread, which is usually one of the highlights of a Primo sandwich, was hard and stale. Additionally, I requested extra mayo and asked for my sandwich to be cut in half, but neither request was fulfilled. While it's not a huge issue, it does indicate that the instructions weren't followed. After spending $14 on a disappointing hoagie, I doubt I'll order from here again.
My family and I stopped by for lunch during our trip, and we were blown away by this place! As soon as we walked in, the delicious aromas made our mouths water. The woman at the front was incredibly patient with us as we struggled to decide what to order (we wanted to try everything, haha). She was friendly and very helpful. Our sandwiches were absolutely delicious! The only downside is that they don’t have a location in Charlotte, NC (just a little hint!).
The sandwiches at Primo Hoagies were tasty, and the service was good, with plenty of meat on the hoagies. I had a 12-inch and a 6-inch—just a classic Italian sub and a ham and cheese—and it came to about $20, which felt a bit pricey. I’ve visited a few times since, and the experience has been pretty consistent. The bread is excellent—dense and moist. The medium-sized sub costs around $9-10. Overall, they’re good sandwiches, but not cheap.
I typically get my hoagies from Vino's, but since they were closed, I decided to stop by this place for the first time. I ordered a Sharp Italian, and WOW! I had never tried sharp provolone cheese before, and I didn't even know it was a thing. I really enjoyed my meal and ended up ordering another one to take home—it was that delicious! I think I've found my new favorite spot for hoagies!

My wife and I were house hunting nearby and decided to grab lunch here. Being from Philadelphia, I know what a great cheesesteak should taste like, and this place nailed it with authentic recipes and delicious flavor combinations. The staff was welcoming, and the food truly felt like it was made in Philly. Definitely a spot you have to try!
I absolutely love the Turkey hoagies here! I always order the large ones and have them loaded with all the toppings—definitely worth it! The service is excellent, and the staff is fantastic. The food is incredibly delicious! Primo Hoagies deserves a perfect 100 stars!
There was no wait when we arrived. I ordered a cheese steak hoagie with Swiss cheese, and it was delicious. My dad had the Italian hoagie, which he really enjoyed. The staff were friendly, and the atmosphere was lovely. Overall, a great experience!
This is the best chicken Parmesan I’ve ever tried, and I’m pretty particular about my food. It melts in your mouth and is absolutely delightful. I would give it a perfect score of ten out of ten!

Delicious Huagies. Friendly staff. Only one thing would make them better if they were to wear bacon for their hooves
