To the manager of this specific location. There is a female with short colored hair who works for you that has the absolute worst attitude. She was so disrespectful to my husband and I that we walked out without completing the order. If this is thestandard of customer service you expect from your employees there is no wonder why this specific location has a much lowerrating than most primo locations.
Last time you even gave me free meal or Primos Hoagie which I got I?ll never return to your store and I don?t want a free meal trust me I?ll never come back, bad PrimoHoagies every time and girl behind register is the worst if she?s works there anymore Idon?t know? First time you put Mayo on it I told girl no Mayo just one thing after another? Three bad times I?ll never comeback trust me!
I came to pick up my food and the guy that was making the sandwiches hand on gloves however he was wiping his nose with his hands and arms!!! I told the lady at the register that he needs to change his gloves but she laugh and said he changed thembefore he made my sandwiches! I will never go back there again!!! I will be calling Corporate in the morning!!
This restaurant frequently puts you on hold or hangs up on you. I waited for 10 minutes today and no one ever answered! When I called back, I was put on hold again right away. The owner really needs to provide better training for the staff in customer service skills. Réservez une table maintenant
I arrived 18 minutes before closing and was informed that there was no bread available at all. It seemed to me that the staff were more focused on cleaning up than on serving me, which felt quite unprofessional. Quite disappointing.
The selection of sub sandwiches here is excellent, even a bit better than Wawa. It's nearly on par with some of my favorite local shops. Plus, the Wednesday special offers members $2 off Primo sandwiches, which is a nice bonus!
This is my favorite location! I love their turkey hoagies and the chicken wraps are delicious. The bread is always fresh. The girls that work in the front are always so sweet, amazing customer service!!
I was in the middle of my meal when a staff member started sweeping the floor nearby, and just as I was finishing up, they turned off the lights. It was quite an awkward experience. Réservez une table maintenant
A bit pricy but very good taste. It actually tastes better than the famous cheese steak sandwich. I especially like the sesames on the bun.

"I have a sister who lives in the UK and I visit her often. I love the food there and miss it when I'm away. The fish and chip shop reminds me of my family in the UK. I have tried and enjoyed everything on the menu, but their fish and chips and bangers and mash are the best. It's a must-visit for anyone on this side of the pond."
