Booked on line for a standard table for 2 Was put on a bar table.. apparently they get glitches in the system was informed… so warning for anyone booking online- never a guaranteed result for the 3 seating options. Manager offered a free entree Food was as usual very good value Asked for the bill, service waiter give the bill, I walked out to the car while wife went to the counter to pay… while that happened the manager come out side and challenged me that I “have to pay”…. I love coming to the pub for a steak on Wednesday nights. However, the last few times, most of the special steak is more than half grizzle and fat which is hard to eat so I have to leave it on the plate or worse, get a mouthful of grizzle and have to discreetly take it out and pop somewhere on the plate hopefully without anyone seeing me. Chips are great thought. The staff are fantastic though and always are.

I’ve become a regular at this restaurant, and I must say, the steak, parma, and burger nights are definitely worth checking out. The staff are friendly, and I really enjoy the music they play—it’s not your typical radio-friendly pop but rather a thoughtfully curated mix of indie and classic hits.

Went here for lunch and stayed for drinks after. I had the Burger it was one of the best burgers that I have had in a long time. Staff were amazing and really helpful. Really like this place.

The Sunday roast was fantastic, and the portion size was generous, especially with the Yorkshire pudding! The staff were all very friendly, and the service was well-timed.

Friendly staff, great pub meals! Even gave dad a pair of socks for Father's Day, cute! Really nice lunch.
