Hotel with a great location and spectacular views. The whole complex is beautiful, but after our experience, poorly managed/operated. The girl at the reception was unprofessional, little sympathy and very dry. The room, called Eddie, was super small and dark, we felt like we were in a hole and to the surprise that when we opened the window we found a wall and an iron plate and at the level of the sole.... Disappointing! And to this we already add details, that a hotel that is offered with that level and prices should not be allowed. Among others, the TV did not work any channel, the shower only has a waterfall-like water flow from above, nothing more, the shower screen lacked 4 fingers to close and with the small shower, all the water comes out. The breakfast is very fair for said hotel, cakes all already made and little assortment of everything. We were very excited and we were disappointed after a while to arrive. Enjoy the pool because it's the only cool thing! dire. A lousy service. They sell room service with TV and it turns out that the signal for the national channels does not reach. Only on international channels does the signal come and go. They say that it is not their problem and that this is not an important service. In a hotel that costs more than €100 per night, they should at least try to come up with a solution that satisfies the guest instead of arguing with them that they are wrong and with bad manners.
