Pukka Pizza - Réservation de table

Horrible experience, do not go to this restaurant if you value properly cooked food and getting what you ordered. I ordered a half and half pizza and they got it wrong, on top of that the pizza was completely burnt. When I called to explain the mistake, I was told it was my fault and they spoke very rudely to my fiancée. Avoid this place at all costs. I only rated it 1 star because I had to choose a rating, otherwise I wouldn't have picked any.

NEW YEARS EVE... Ordered pizza. Ok, so they were very busy, but food took almost 2 hours to arrive, kids were starving by then. Even the delivery driver said they should have had more staff to stop the backlog. Pizza was nice, but the staff on the phone was totally useless and hung up when we complained! Overall, pizza was good as normal, but staff need a shake up with their rudeness.

Terrible service, terrible timekeeping, called restaurant 4 times. Each time being told delivery would be with me in a few minutes. Stay away if you want to eat at a reasonable time. I had to put the kids to bed late because of these liars. Food eventually came an hour late and was hot, which means there is no way it was ready the time they said it was. Very disappointed :

I placed an order with this restaurant and they accepted it even though they couldn't fulfill it. When I called to inquire about the delay of over an hour, the person I spoke to started shouting at me rudely. I will never order from here again and will advise others not to as well. The service was terrible. Réservez une table maintenant

onion rings were slightly burnt, the chicken wings only the coating made it spicy. Other than that meat itself was bland. The barbecue chicken wings was alright with it it was smothered with barbecue sauce not coated very well. also arrived in a pizza box??

Dealing with the customer with all rudeness. When you say hello, there is no response. This is rude or racist. They always take more money, and the food is only in appearance and tasteless.

Rude customer service...and deceiving in listing price can't believe this place is still open... I had to me sure I double check the pizza because they never put the things you asked for

The staff are very rude phoned up to confirm order and arrogant man which picked up had no manners. Hope he gets the same treatment throughout life. Réservez une table maintenant

Food didnt even come after speaking to the restaurant and they confirmed it was 10minutes away
