This morning, I had ghee-soaked liver, nihari, and paratha for breakfast. Although the portions were a bit small compared to the price, the food was absolutely delicious. The nihari was a bit greasy, but it tasted amazing. The preparation of the ghee-soaked liver was not typical; in most Bangladeshi restaurants, it is usually prepared more like a curry soup. However, this time it was sautéed and incredibly tasty—truly a perfect example of Bangladeshi style!
শুরুটা আরো সুন্দর হলে ভাল হতো । 'কাচ্চি ' পরিবেশন করা হয়েছিল, খেতে ভাল লাগেনি । এক কথায় বলা যায় , কাচ্চির কাছাকাছি হয়নি । পাচক হয়তো রেসেপি অনুসরণ করেছেন কিন্তু কাচ্চি রাঁধার শিল্পটা এখনো বুঝে উঠতে পারেননি । উপরন্ত খাবার ঠান্ডা ছিল যেটা একান্তই কাম্য নয় । জিলেপি এবং গরম গরম লাল মোহন ভাল লেগেছে । ভেতরের সাজ নিয়ে আরো কাজ করা দরকার । সামনের দিন গুলোর জন্য শুভ কামনা থাকলো ।
Improvement was there comparing the first week's disaster. However i will request to the chef to revise and alter his kacchi recepie according to what we prefere to eat in Bangladesh..perhaps follow fakruddin baburchir biriani recepie, available on YouTube.
I had an excellent lunch today. The food was delicious, and the service was attentive and welcoming, with special care taken to accommodate my children. We will definitely be returning! Réservez une table maintenant
Now all good and drinks are fresh and centrally controlled by the panchforon restaurant. long days are gone. they are all welcome to get the test of the current food and drinks
Overall, it’s a commendable effort in Canberra, but the quality of the food could use some improvement.
